Product Overview

 The MP Series THERMOFLEX heat detectors are single-circuit devices with normally open contacts, designed with sealed pigtail lead connections to improve performance in environments exposed to moisture or corrosive conditions. The detector interfaces directly with a fire alarm initiating circuit and activates either when a rapid temperature increase is detected or when the fixed temperature limit is reached. Its non-metallic diaphragm allows reliable operation in low-temperature and non-heated locations.
