I do not have to give a second thought when ordering from NEXT I do not have to call anyone to make sure our order goes out. We get so busy sometimes that we have to place our parts orders in the evenings, and they always arrive promptly. We look for good service with reasonable pricing, and these guys offer both. They make follow-up phone calls about service, but I have honestly never felt the need to answer them because we have no issues. I know if we do, there will be a live voice on the other end. Let's see how good they are and if I get a Christmas Card after this excellent review.

have nothing but praise for the Next Security crew. The prices are fair and the service is consistent. They actually make me feel that they appreciate my business. I normally go to local distributors to avoid shipping but Next Security is making it too easy to change stripes.

After I placed the order, my manager wanted it ASAP. I called in, and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for the order to be changed and shipped out today. They were extremely helpful and wiling to help me. I was also told if I have any other questions or needed assistance to please call. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful.
