The Space Age Electronics FE-5000-103 Fireray® 5000 Reflective Beam Smoke Detector System is an auto-aligning, self-correcting infrared beam detection solution designed for large open areas and high-ceiling environments. This system includes the detector head, reflective prism, and control cabinet, operating on a 24V 4-wire configuration. Using integrated laser alignment and Auto-Align technology, the detector quickly locates and aligns with the prism, while the AutoOptimise motorized system continuously adjusts the beam to maintain optimal signal strength and compensate for building movement. The system analyzes the reflected infrared signal to detect smoke obscuration and trigger an alarm when a preset threshold is reached, providing reliable fire detection coverage of up to 19,800 square feet.
