Product Overview

The VESDA Sensepoint XCL-XRL-SC-H2 is a specialized Hydrogen gas detector designed exclusively for integration with the VESDA-E VEA aspirating smoke detection system. The "SC" (Single Capillary) designation means this unit is installed in-line with one of the VEA’s 6 mm micro-bore sampling tubes. This allows the system to provide point-addressable Hydrogen detection (0–1000 ppm) for specific cabinets, battery racks, or localized areas. By leveraging the VEA's powerful central pump, the XCL can monitor remote or restricted spaces for Hydrogen leaks without the need for localized gas sensor calibration in those hard-to-reach spots.
