The Macurco NO2-5PPM-AL is a portable, pressurized calibration gas cylinder engineered for the precise span calibration, field bump testing, and accuracy verification of Macurco Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) gas detectors. This 34-liter cylinder contains a certified mixture of 5 ppm Nitrogen Dioxide balanced with ambient air. Because Nitrogen Dioxide is a highly reactive, corrosive gas, it is contained inside a specialized, non-reactive brushed aluminum alloy cylinder to prevent gas degradation and guarantee concentration shelf-life. This cylinder is used alongside the Macurco Cal-Kit 2 to maintain fixed monitors in diesel service bays, mass transit tunnels, loading docks, and parking structures.
