Product Overview

The RM-1000ECSTL is a remote microphone station with integrated ThumbLock security enabling operators to initiate paging and activate Emergency Communication System (ECS) messages to designated speaker circuits from remote locations. The unit features an integrated SB-8 voice user interface with eight programmable soft keys housed in a sheet metal enclosure with built-in microphone. As a P-Link device, the RM-1000ECSTL communicates with the control panel via 4-wire RS-485 connection and distributes paging audio through V-Link 1 and V-Link 2 audio risers. Voice systems support up to 30 RM-1000ECSTL units with prioritization configurable through Potter Fire Programmer software. LED indicators provide Power and Ready to Page status feedback. Network paging capability delivers large-scale structured paging and live streaming voice management when used with NCE-1000 or NCF-1000 network cards.
