Product Overview

The CPG Signals U-TC is a universal tone card designed for use with the ASHX PowerTone® explosion-proof amplified speaker system in hazardous locations. This compact solid-state plug-in card enables field-selectable tone generation for the ASHX speaker, which delivers crisp, clear high-decibel audio output through a spun aluminum cone and projector assembly. The tone card integrates within the explosion-proof housing alongside the speaker driver and circuitry, with an internal gain control providing volume adjustment capability. The complete ASHX system is listed for indoor/outdoor use with NEMA 3 rating and features red enamel finish. The speaker operates on 24 VDC with polarized connections for supervised alarm notification circuits, providing weatherproof and corrosion-resistant surface-mount installation in demanding environments.
