WHEELOCK ELCHSW
Product Overview
The Wheelock Eluxa electronic chimes (ELCH) and chime strobes (ELCHS) by Eaton feature field-selectable 1 Hz, 2 Hz, Coded, and Temporal 3 (T3) operating modes. The chime strobe models incorporate advanced power-saving LED technology with a full range of candela settings for indoor wall and ceiling applications. Designed with a sleek, low-profile aesthetic, Eluxa blends seamlessly into hospital and institutional environments while delivering reliable performance. Eaton’s high-efficiency LED design provides the industry’s lowest current draw across the full candela range, supporting system cost savings and allowing more devices per circuit. All strobe models offer six candela settings—15, 30, 75, 110, 135, 185 cd for wall models and 15, 30, 75, 110, 150, 177 cd for ceiling models. The line also supports 2-wire operation (to silence the audible while keeping the strobe active) or 4-wire independent control. Installation is simplified with a pre-wire/pre-test mounting plate and an adjustable volume output up to 78 dB.
