The Xtralis F-PC-HE-3.5 is a Harsh Environment Sampling Hole Clip engineered for 3.5 mm (9/64") aspirating holes in VESDA ASD pipework. Designed for challenging or high-airflow environments, this clip ensures precise hole sizing, easy identification, and long-term reliability in Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) systems.

Each clip is color-coded to indicate its hole diameter, allowing technicians to quickly verify sampling point locations without inspecting drilled holes up close. This significantly streamlines commissioning and maintenance, especially in large facilities such as warehouses, logistics hubs, cold storage, or industrial sites.

As a pre-engineered solution, the clip requires only a 10 mm (27/64") drill bit for installation and snaps directly into place without tools. The Harsh Environment variant features a flexi-lip design that reduces contamination caused by dust, ice, fibers, or high-pressure airflow, helping maintain system performance and extend service intervals.
