Product Overview

The Lenel LNL-M4420 Advanced Intelligent Dual Reader Controller is a single-board access control solution for interfacing up to 64 doors, along with auxiliary inputs and outputs, to an OnGuard® system. It provides Ethernet connectivity from the entry location directly to the OnGuard server and supports additional I/O and reader interface modules on its two downstream ports. The controller maintains most local functionality even if the server connection is lost. It can interface with building automation systems using ASHRAE BACnet™, allowing up to 63 BACnet points, including both physical inputs and virtual outputs, for two-way control and status reporting. Utilizing a secure 32-bit processor, the LNL-M4420 communicates upstream via Ethernet.
