Product Overview 

The Gentex STRR is a specialized 120VAC wall-mount Smoke Alarm with an Integral 177 Candela Strobe and Form C Relay. Featuring a Red faceplate with red lettering, this high-performance unit is designed to protect the deaf and hard-of-hearing in residential and commercial sleeping areas. It utilizes photoelectric sensing technology to provide superior protection against smoldering fires while the integrated high-intensity Xenon strobe meets stringent ADA requirements. The inclusion of an internal relay allows the STRR to trigger auxiliary devices, such as magnetic door releases or security panels, upon detection of smoke.
