Product Overview

The VESDA Sensepoint XCL XCL-VEA-CO-RA is an aspirated Carbon Monoxide (CO) gas detector designed to operate with the VESDA-E VEA system. Developed by Xtralis in collaboration with Honeywell Analytics, this innovative solution brings gas detection into the aspirating smoke detection world, providing early warning of CO presence while maintaining continuous fire monitoring through the VEA network.

With integrated Bluetooth 4.0, the Sensepoint XCL allows technicians to perform installation, commissioning, configuration, and maintenance directly from a smartphone. This ensures faster setup, simplified workflows, and reduced service time compared to traditional gas detectors.

This CO model offers a measurement range of 0–300 ppm, using factory-calibrated sensing technology to ensure accuracy and reliability. The device supports configurable relays and 4–20 mA analogue outputs (or optional RS-485 Modbus), making it fully compatible with HVAC, BMS, PLC, and fire alarm control systems.
