Product Overview

 The System Sensor i3 4WTAR-B is a 4-wire smoke detector with an integrated 85 dB sounder and Form C relay, designed for easy installation, intelligent operation, and clear status indication. Built-in drift compensation and smoothing algorithms help reduce nuisance alarms caused by dust, RF interference, and environmental factors.

When used with the 2W-MOD2 module or an i3 Ready™ panel, the detector supports remote maintenance and freeze trouble signaling. Sensitivity can be quickly verified using the SENS-RDR device. Dual red and green LEDs provide intuitive local status indication. In alarm conditions, the sounder emits an 85 dB temporal tone, and when connected to the RRS-MOD module, multiple i3 sounders can activate simultaneously with synchronized output.
