The Space Age Electronics D371 Multi-Spectrum Flame Detector is a high-performance optical flame detection device engineered to detect both hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon fires while minimizing false alarms. Utilizing a sophisticated combination of ultraviolet (UV) sensing and three discrete infrared (3IR) detection bands, the D371 analyzes fire signatures using advanced digital signal processing and proprietary algorithms. This multi-spectrum technology allows the detector to accurately identify flames at distances exceeding 200 feet while rejecting common false alarm sources. Designed for hazardous industrial environments, the D371 is housed in a rugged, explosion-proof enclosure rated for NEMA 4 and 4X (IP66/IP67), making it suitable for indoor and outdoor Class I, Division 1 (Zone 1) installations.
