GSR GENTEX

The Gentex GSR is a low-profile, universal wall- or ceiling-mount strobe-only notification appliance engineered for indoor life safety applications. Operating on a nominal 24 VDC signaling circuit (with a wide 16 to 33 VDC or Full-Wave
Rectified input range), the unit features an energy-efficient LED light source that provides stable visual alerts at a consistent 1 to 2 Hz flash rate. The red-faceplate unit offers five field-selectable candela settings via a tamperproof slider switch on the back of the housing: 15, 30, 75, 115, 150, and 177 cd.
It incorporates Gentex's patented Super-Slide® mounting bracket system with a sliding chassis design, alongside Checkmate® Instant Voltage Verification test ports. Measuring approximately 5.0" H x 4.5" W x 2.5" D, it is ANSI/UL 1971 and ANSI/UL 464 listed, CAN/ULC compliant, and NFPA 72 compliant.
