The Honeywell IPOTS-COM Digital Communicator is designed to transmit fire alarm system status signals, including alarms, troubles, and AC loss—to a central monitoring station. Communication can be sent through the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and/or Internet Protocol (IP), ensuring reliable reporting and flexible connectivity options. The communicator also supports remote programming and system interrogation through the AlarmNet® network, simplifying system management and maintenance.
