Product Overview

 The PS10-1 is a pressure-actuated switch engineered to detect waterflow conditions in a variety of automatic fire sprinkler system designs, including wet pipe systems with alarm check valves, as well as dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge configurations. In addition to flow detection, it can function as a low-pressure supervisory switch with an adjustable range from 4 to 15 PSI (0.27–1.03 BAR).

Built with a die-cast, NEMA 4/IP55 rated enclosure and a non-corrosive ½" NPT nylon pressure connection, the device is suitable for indoor or outdoor installations when paired with appropriate conduit fittings. It includes two isolated wiring chambers, dual ½" conduit knockouts, and one SPDT Form C contact. Factory adjustment is set between 4–8 PSI (0.27–0.55 BAR), with a typical differential of 2 PSI (0.13 BAR). The PS10-1 supports system pressures up to 300 PSI (20.68 BAR) and is UL, cUL, CSFM Listed, FM and LPC Approved, and NYMEA accepted.
