Product Overview

 The Potter PS25 Series supervisory pressure switches are intended to monitor variations above or below normal system pressure in automatic fire sprinkler systems. Common uses include air or nitrogen supervision in dry pipe and pre-action systems, as well as monitoring pressure tanks, air sources, and water supplies. The PS25-2 model incorporates two switches to meet supervisory requirements for both high and low pressure conditions. The low-pressure switch is factory calibrated to operate at approximately 18 psi (1.2 bar) on falling pressure, while the high-pressure switch is preset to activate at approximately 28 psi (1.9 bar) on rising pressure. In accordance with NFPA 72 requirements, supervisory signals are provided for both conditions. The unit is factory configured for a nominal system pressure of 23 psi, with field adjustment available if alternate setpoints are required.
