The STI-1130 Stopper II is a surface-mounted, heavy-duty polycarbonate protective cover designed to retrofit over manual fire alarm pull stations. Measuring 6.2 inches High by 5.0 inches Wide by 5.2 inches Deep, it features a clear,
UV-stabilized shield connected to a red mounting frame by a flexible steel cable. This specific model includes a 2-inch deep clear conduit spacer (STI-3100) to clear surface-mounted electrical conduit pipes and an integrated, self-contained piezo horn.
Powered by an included 9V alkaline battery, the warning horn emits a field-selectable 95 dB or 105 dB alarm at one foot when the cover is lifted. The unit operates in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 120°F (-40°C to 49°C),
features a permanent red "IN CASE OF FIRE - LIFT COVER PULL ALARM" label, and is UL/cUL Listed and ADA Compliant.
