Product Description The Mircom TX3-CX-2K-A is a comprehensive, commercial-grade two-door access control system kit engineered on a scalable hybrid architecture. Housed in a secure, lockable grey metal cabinet (14" H x 12" W x 2.8" D), the heart of the system is the TX3-CX-2-A networkable door controller.
The system features a memory capacity supporting up to 10,000 unique credential users, 8 supervised inputs for door contacts and request-to-exit (REX) devices, and 8 programmable outputs (6 Form C relays and two dedicated 12 VDC auxiliary power terminals drawing up to 1 Amp combined).
It natively builds out multi-panel layouts via a daisy-chained RS-485 network managing up to 126 doors, and scales infinitely across TCP/IP networks via an optional plug-in TX3-IP module. The kit ships fully loaded, bundling the controller panel, a 16.5 VAC (40 VA) plug-in transformer,
configuration utility software via flash memory, a local USB programming cable, and two weather-resistant TX3-P300-HA slimline proximity card readers encapsulated in a UL-approved protective epoxy potting compound. It is fully UL 294 Listed for access control.
