Product Overview

 The Potter VSR-4 is a vane-type waterflow switch designed for wet sprinkler systems, providing reliable detection of water movement for fire alarm signaling. UL Listed, FM Approved, and compliant with NFPA standards, the VSR-4 is suitable for steel pipe schedules 10–40, ranging from 2" to 8" (50–200 mm). The device is equipped with two SPDT snap-action switches and an adjustable pneumatic retard, which activates when flow reaches 10 GPM (38 LPM) or higher downstream of the unit. Its rugged NEMA 4/IP54-rated die-cast enclosure allows use in both indoor and outdoor environments.
