Product Overview

The Lenel LNL-1320-S3 Dual Reader Interface Module (Series 3) is a high-performance access control interface designed to connect up to two card readers or keypads to LenelS2 OnGuard® systems. It supports standard Wiegand, Clock & Data, and bidirectional RS-485 OSDP™ protocols, including advanced Secure Channel communications and biometric template transfer. The module provides reliable offline access modes for lock, unlock, and facility code operations, while offering robust reporting and monitoring capabilities when integrated with the Intelligent System Controller (ISC).

• Robust Inputs/Outputs – Eight inputs supporting NO, NC, supervised, and non-supervised circuits; six Form-C relay outputs (5 A, 28 VDC) configurable as fail-safe or fail-secure.
• Reader and Door Control – Includes REX push-button monitor, strike control, bicolor reader status LED, and 2-wire LED support.
• Power Flexibility – Operates on 12 or 24 VDC, with on-board regulation to supply 12 VDC to readers from a 24 VDC source.
