The SK-PHOTO-W Intelligent Smoke Detector combines a contemporary aesthetic with advanced sensing performance, offering an updated design that meets modern architectural and code requirements. Engineered for efficient installation and long-term maintenance, the detector provides reliable smoke detection using a refined optical sensing chamber capable of identifying smoke from a broad range of combustion sources.

This updated model serves as a direct replacement for earlier SK-PHOTO detectors while introducing enhanced programmability and monitoring features. Sensitivity levels can be configured through the fire alarm control panel and are continuously supervised to ensure optimal operation. With full addressability, set using rotary decimal switches, the detector allows precise device identification, enabling targeted maintenance when the chamber becomes contaminated.

The SK-PHOTO-T-W adds fixed-temperature thermal sensing at 135°F (57°C) using dual electronic thermistors, offering combined smoke and heat detection. The SK-PHOTO-R-W variant includes remote test capability designed for use with compatible duct detector housings, supporting simplified testing procedures.
