The Eaton Wheelock Eluxa series including horns, horn strobes, and strobes, combines advanced LED technology with a modern, low-profile design ideal for indoor wall and ceiling installations. Built with high-efficiency optics, Eluxa devices provide both low and high candela options, delivering strong visual and audible performance while maintaining an elegant appearance that complements interior spaces.

As one of the first notification product lines to leverage LED illumination for life-safety applications, Eluxa sets the standard for energy efficiency. Its optimized LED design significantly reduces current draw, allowing more devices to operate on a single NAC circuit and minimizing the number of power supplies needed. This translates to lower installation costs and improved system efficiency.

Eluxa strobes offer six field-selectable candela settings 15, 30, 75, 110, 135, and 185 cd for wall models, and 15, 30, 75, 110, 150, and 177 cd for ceiling models. The compact footprint and minimalist aesthetic ensure the devices integrate seamlessly into a wide variety of architectural environments.

The product line also includes a wealth of installer-friendly features: three horn patterns (Continuous, Temporal 3, and T3/T4), tool-free configuration, a single-gang design for wall units, and a hinged mounting plate that supports pre-wiring and pre-testing.

All Eluxa strobes and horn strobes operate at 24V, while Eluxa horns (ELHN) can also support 12V systems. The series meets the 20-ms pulse requirements of NFPA 72 (2016), and is UL Listed to standards 1971, 1638, and 464, as well as CAN/ULC-S525 and CAN/ULC-S526. The devices are RoHS compliant and free of mercury or hazardous materials.

Eluxa appliances are UL/ULC listed as compatible with all Fire Alarm Control Panels approved for Exceder LED3 and Wheelock RSS-based strobes, including RSS, CH, E, EH, ET, ST, HS, MT, S8, SA, STH, and Z Series and may be installed in the same notification zone and in the same field of view as any compatible xenon or LED models.
