Product Overview

The IDP-PHOTO-R-W is an intelligent plug-in photoelectric smoke detector with remote test capability, designed for use with Honeywell Farenhyt Series fire alarm control panels (FACPs). Its unique optical sensing chamber is engineered to detect smoke from a wide range of combustion sources, providing early and reliable fire detection.

Detector sensitivity can be programmed and continuously monitored through the FACP software. Rotary address switches allow precise point ID assignment, enabling selective maintenance when chamber contamination reaches unacceptable levels. The plug-in design and compact housing facilitate flexible and efficient installation.
