Product Overview

 The System Sensor 2WTA-B is a 2-wire photoelectric i3 smoke detector with an integrated thermal sensor and built-in 85 dB sounder. Designed around ease of installation, intelligence, and instant inspection, it features a plug-in base that supports pre-wiring through a large wire entry port and in-line terminals. The base accommodates octagonal, single-gang, and 4-square back boxes, as well as direct mounting with drywall anchors. The detector secures quickly using the Stop-Drop ’N Lock mechanism.

Advanced features include drift compensation and smoothing algorithms to reduce nuisance alarms. The detector supports remote LED maintenance signaling when used with the 2W-MOD2 module or a compatible panel, and sensitivity can be easily measured using the SENS-RDR device.
