The FE-3000-026 is an explosion-proof (Ex d) end-to-end optical beam smoke detector expansion pack belonging to the specialty detection beam product family. Specifically designed to expand an active linear smoke tracking footprint without requiring an additional master control unit, this pack functions as the second channel expansion for the Fireray 3000 Exd master system. The bundle includes one flameproof infrared transmitter and one matching receiver head, enabling technicians to leverage the dual-zone capabilities of the safe-area remote controller already present in the master setup. Engineered for high-risk, classified environments such as oil refineries, petrochemical processing plants, pump stations, and ordnance storage bunkers, these heads monitor a linear path from 33 ft to 262 ft. They provide an early life-safety warning of smoldering, highly dense fires while ignoring common false-alarm environmental factors.
