The Space Age Electronics FE-5000-009 Fireray® 5000 Controller Backbox is designed to provide secure housing for the Fireray 5000 system controller used in reflective beam smoke detection systems. This backbox supports proper mounting and protection of the controller while allowing organized wiring and installation. The Fireray 5000 system supports up to two detector heads connected to a single ground-level controller, which includes dedicated fire and trouble relay outputs for each detector. When used with the beam detector heads, the system’s integral laser alignment feature allows quick and accurate positioning of reflective prisms during installation.
