The KFD0-CS-EX2.51P Isolated Barrier is designed for intrinsically safe (IS) applications, providing safe signal transfer from devices in hazardous areas. It enables DC signal transmission from fire alarms, smoke detectors, and temperature sensors, and can also control I/P converters, power solenoids, LEDs, and audible alarms. Built-in reverse polarity protection safeguards the device against wiring errors.
