Product Overview

The Honeywell SP-2/MNS is an exit-sign style LED visual mass notification panel designed to convey critical emergency directives in areas with high ambient noise or where hearing-impaired occupants require visible indicators. Housed in a slim, white steel surface-mount enclosure, the panel features a "dead-front" layout where the 3-inch high lettering remains completely hidden (blacked out) until activated. When a low-voltage 24 VDC trigger signal is applied from a notification appliance circuit (NAC) or dry contact closure, individual, internal, high-efficiency white LED bars light up to reveal the distinct "ANNOUNCEMENT" or "EVACUATE" lenses.
