Product Overview
The Honeywell SPXCDULNHX is a rugged, explosion-proof fixed gas transmitter kit configured for the precision monitoring of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) toxic gas hazards. Designed primarily for North American hazardous industrial environments, the transmitter features an epoxy-painted LM25 aluminum alloy enclosure equipped with dual 3/4-inch NPT conduit entries. It utilizes a high-accuracy electrochemical sensor cartridge to measure H2S across a default factory range of 0 to 50 ppm, delivering data simultaneously via a 4–20 mA current loop, a digital RS485 Modbus RTU interface, and three built-in 5-amp power relays.
Key Features
- Target Gas & Range: Dedicated Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) toxic gas monitoring with a default factory range of 0–50 ppm (adjustable from 10 to 100 ppm).
- Hazardous Area Certified: Robust epoxy-painted LM25 aluminum alloy enclosure with dual 3/4-inch NPT entries, UL/cUL/INMETRO Class I, Division 1 certified.
- Non-Intrusive Calibration: Features a tri-color backlit LCD status screen and a magnetic-wand interface that allows full calibration without opening the housing.
- Flexible Outputs: Provides simultaneous 4–20 mA analog output, an RS485 Modbus RTU digital interface, and three 5A mechanical relays for direct control panel integration.
