The Space Age Electronics SR01V Shield Remote Communication Station is a premium, semi-flush emergency calling device purpose-built to operate alongside a centralized Shield 30 master command console. Housed in a heavy-duty 16-gauge steel enclosure with a clean silver finish, this station provides building occupants with a highly reliable method for requesting assistance inside Areas of Refuge and Areas of Rescue Assistance. Activating the oversized 3.5-inch "PUSH FOR HELP" button establishes a fully supervised, two-way audio connection with the command panel via an integrated 2-watt mylar cone speaker hidden behind a vandal-resistant grille. The front plate incorporates three distinct diagnostic LEDs—green for power, orange for system activation, and white for command acknowledgment—to give immediate visual confirmation to individuals in distress. The unit features an innovative lift-away hinge door and a polarized plug-in terminal architecture to streamline field wiring and reduce overall deployment costs.
