The Macurco CD6-FCK is a portable, field-use Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Field Calibration Kit engineered specifically to maintain, test, and calibrate Macurco CD-6 and CD-12 series fixed gas detector panels (including the CD-6H, CD-6MC, CD-12H, and CD-12MC). This specialized service kit provides all the essential physical pneumatic components needed to run functional bump tests and full span field calibrations. This kit has been legacy-discontinued and is directly replaced by the modern Macurco CAL-KIT 4.

• Kit Application: Designed for field functional testing, verification, and precision calibration of Macurco carbon dioxide (CO2) sensors.
• Included Gas Cylinders: Comes packaged with two 17-liter pressurized gas cylinders: one filled with 400 ppm CO2 (low/ambient span reference) and one filled with 5,000 ppm CO2 (high span reference).
• Delivery Hardware: Includes a custom-fit 0.2 LPM constant-flow regulator (F), flexible delivery tubing, and a specialized calibration hood that conforms tightly over the detector sensor face.
• Storage Frame: Housed within a heavy-duty, protective field-carrying case that organizes and secures the cylinders and regulator during transport.
