The Macurco CM-12 is a line-voltage, fixed-point Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor, controller, and transducer designed to continuously track CO gas concentrations in heavy commercial or industrial environments. Operating directly on 100–240 VAC power, this heavy-duty monitor is ideal for utility rooms, maintenance facilities, boiler rooms, and commercial parking garages. It can function as an independent standalone safety controller using its internal relays to trip exhaust fans or external sirens, or it can operate as a system transducer transmitting real-time data back to a centralized Macurco DVP-120 panel, programmable logic controller (PLC), or building automation system.
