WHEELOCK ELHSR-A
Product Overview
The Wheelock Eluxa horns, horn strobes, and strobes feature advanced, energy-efficient LED technology with a full range of low and high candela settings for indoor wall and ceiling applications. Designed with a sleek, modern, low-profile enclosure, Eluxa devices blend seamlessly into a building’s interior.
Eaton’s high-efficiency optical design delivers industry-leading low current draw, enabling more devices per NAC and reducing the need for additional power supplies resulting in lower installation and operating costs. All strobe models offer six candela settings:
-
Wall models: 15, 30, 75, 110, 135, 185 cd
-
Ceiling models: 15, 30, 75, 110, 150, 177 cd
Eluxa also provides a rich feature set, including field-selectable candela options, three horn patterns (Continuous, T3, T3/T4), a single-gang design for wall units, pre-wire/pre-test capability via the mounting plate, and tool-free configuration. The ELST strobe, ELHS horn strobe, and ELHN horn operate at 24V, with the ELHN additionally supporting 12V systems.
Eluxa strobes meet the 20 ms pulse duration requirement of NFPA 72 (2016), allowing LED and xenon strobes within the same field of view. All models are UL listed under Standards 1971, 1638, and 464, CAN/ULC-S525 and S526, and are RoHS compliant. The series is fully compatible with Exceder LED3 and Wheelock RSS-based systems and can be installed within the same notification zone and field of view.
