The Macurco GBC-24-4 is a low-voltage Gas Boiler Controller interface panel pre-configured with four onboard 10A SPDT mechanical control relays. Operating on a 24 VAC or 24 VDC power input, this safety hub functions as an automated emergency shutdown manager designed to break interlock loops and safely isolate boiler equipment when toxic carbon monoxide or combustible gas levels are breached. The unit manages downstream power distribution and monitoring for up to four Macurco 6-Series standalone gas detectors (such as the CM-6 or GD-6). Housed inside a heavy-duty NEMA 4X weather-resistant enclosure, the panel coordinates multi-stage emergency shutdowns, handles manual safety latch resets, and triggers auxiliary notification devices within commercial and industrial boiler rooms.
