Product Overview

The Macurco GD-6 is a low-voltage, fixed-point combustible gas monitor, controller, and transducer engineered to continuously track concentrations of Methane (Natural Gas) and Propane (LP Gas). Operating on a flexible 12–24 VAC or 12–32 VDC power footprint, this heavy-duty safety device is designed for deployment in mechanical rooms, boiler bays, commercial kitchens, and facilities with gas-fired appliances. The GD-6 tracks gas from 0 to 20% of LEL. It functions seamlessly as an autonomous standalone safety controller utilizing its internal 5-amp power relays to close gas shut-off valves or engage exhaust fans, or it operates as a system transducer transmitting real-time tracking metrics to a Macurco DVP-120 panel, PLC, or building management system.
