Product Overview

The Xtralis VPS-VEA-115UL is a dedicated power supply unit designed to convert 120VAC / 60Hz input into a regulated 24VDC nominal output, specifically for use with the VESDA-E VEA aspirating smoke detection system. UL Listed for Fire Protective Signaling, it is engineered to power a VEA Detector Base Unit and up to two Detector Stacks. The cabinet provides internal space for up to two 12V / 36AH batteries for backup power. It includes a Form C dry relay contact to signal power failure conditions such as AC loss, low voltage, or battery faults, ensuring compliance with NFPA 70 and NFPA 72 standards.
