The Cooper Wheelock WPBB-R is a durable, weather-resistant red backbox designed specifically for outdoor use, particularly with the ASWP horn strobe. Functionally comparable to the WPBB-W model, the WPBB-R supports both wall and ceiling installations, ensuring a secure and protected mounting solution for exposed environments.

Engineered for dependable performance in life-safety systems, Cooper Notification’s weatherproof product line offers a cost-effective range of visual and audible outdoor signaling appliances. All strobe models carry dual UL Listings, meeting UL 1638 and UL 1971 standards for outdoor signaling and hearing-impaired notification.

To support a wide range of installation needs, Cooper Notification also provides multiple mounting solutions for surface and semi-flush applications. Weatherproof devices can be installed directly on Wheelock weatherproof backboxes for walls and ceilings. For concealed conduit installations, the optional WP-KIT enables mounting over a recessed electrical box. Semi-flush mounting can be achieved using the WPA* or WFPA* kits, eliminating the need for an external weatherproof backbox.
