Product Overview

The BEAMHKR heater kit is designed to support reflected beam smoke detectors installed in environments where condensation may occur. Moisture buildup on the reflector can cause nuisance alarms or trouble conditions. The BEAMHKR helps reduce this risk by gently warming the reflector, keeping its temperature slightly above the ambient air. This controlled heating minimizes condensation and helps ensure reliable detector operation. The kit operates on a 24 VDC power supply. When paired with the long-range reflector kit (BEAMLRK), four BEAMHKR units are required for proper installation.
