The Wheelock Eluxa speakers by Eaton deliver high-fidelity sound output, and the speaker strobe models include advanced power-saving LED technology with a full range of candela settings for indoor wall and ceiling-mount applications. With the industry's widest frequency response range (300 to 8000 Hz), the Eluxa ELSPK and ELSPST provide exceptional intelligibility with crisp, clear voice messages and tone signaling. They are ideal for emergency communications, mass notification, voice evacuation, and fire alarm systems.

High Efficiency, LED Technology:
 Eluxa speakers and speaker strobes have the industry’s smallest footprint, and the low-profile design ensures they blend seamlessly into building interiors. These devices feature:

  • 6 candela settings in 1 device
  • Dual voltage capability (25/70 VRMS)
  • Field-selectable taps from 1/8 to 2 watts (5W 70V)
  • Pre-wire/pre-test via mounting plate with hinged feature for ease of installation
  • No tools required for setting changes

    These products are suitable for both indoor wall and ceiling mounting. The ELSPST speaker strobes and ELSPK speakers operate at 24V.

Approvals and Synchronization:

  • Meet 20 millisecond light pulse duration requirements of NFPA 72 (2016 edition), allowing xenon and LED devices to operate in the same field of view.
  • Listed under UL Standards 1971, 1638, and 1480, and under CAN/ULC-S526 and CAN/ULC-S541.
  • RoHS compliant; contain no mercury or other hazardous substances.
  • UL/ULC listed as compatible with all Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP) compatible with Exceder LED3 and Wheelock RSS strobe-based products, including RSS, CH, E, EH, ET, ST, HS, MT, S8, SA, STH, and Z Series.
