Product Overview

The Wheelock MB motor bells are purpose-built for fire and life safety alarm systems, delivering high dBA output, low current draw, and low-frequency aluminum shells that reduce RFI noise. Each unit features a durable, high-torque permanent magnet motor engineered for long life and reliable performance. Available in 6" and 10" shell sizes with 12 or 24 VDC options, these DC vibrating bells support a wide range of applications.

For combination installations, the RSSP Sync/Non-Sync retrofit plates can be paired with MB motor bells. These plates are offered with single-candela or multi-candela strobes and mount easily to a 4" square backbox or the Wheelock SBL-2. All RSSP strobe devices meet or exceed NFPA 72, ANSI 117.1, ADA, and UL 1971 requirements. When used with Wheelock DSM Sync Modules or Wheelock power supplies featuring patented sync protocol, RSSP strobes can be synchronized to support ADA guidelines for photo-sensitive epilepsy.
