Product Overview

The Media Gateway™ is a communication panel module designed for the L@titude Fire Alarm Control Panel, providing secure connectivity to remote monitoring centers. It supports Sur-Gard Fibro or dial-up connections, with SIAas the recommended format and Contact ID also supported. The module can transmit via one or two telephone linesand/or IP through Ethernet, ensuring flexible and reliable communication. Standard reporting codes are pre-defined, with the option for user customization through Loop Explorer 2. It also supports integration with third-party monitoring networks.
