Warranty Terms
Next Security provides a 1-year warranty to products,
considered from the order shipment date. Our warranty will offer full replacement of all units, once confirmed by inspection that it's a manufacturer's defect and not an installation fault that caused the damages to the unit. We will also verify the serial number from the products originally shipped in our systems against the serial numbers of the items that were sent back to
Next Security.
To place a warranty request, please contact
rma@nextsecuritycorp.com. Once approved, you will be provided with a RMA number and then the item(s) can be shipped back to
Next Security. All shipping charges of warranty items are at the customers responsibility.
