We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Support Professional to join our commercial team. This role focuses on supporting our international sales operations, managing orders, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring seamless communication with our U.S.-based clients and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role focuses on consultative sales to U.S. clients and requires full fluency in English. The ideal candidate is results-driven, proactive, and passionate about building lasting client relationships while helping the company grow in a competitive market.

Requirements:

• Intermediate English (spoken and written – mandatory).
• Previous experience in administrative operations, customer service, or sales support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work on-site in São Paulo, Brazil.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with order processing, customer follow-ups, and administrative reporting.
• Experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic security or fire alarm systems is a plus.
