About the Opportunity

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Support, working directly with the sales team and providing administrative and operational support to the commercial department, as well as assisting international clients.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has strong attention to detail, and is looking for professional growth within the company’s commercial structure.

Key Responsibilities

Enter orders into the system (NetSuite / Oracle).
Track orders, deliveries, and follow-ups with clients.
Assist with the opening and management of RMAs (Return Material Authorization).
Organize and respond to emails for the sales team.
Ensure agility in service and efficient customer support.
Prepare basic reports to support sales representatives.
Provide administrative support to the sales team in daily routines.

Required Qualifications

Intermediate English (reading and writing required; conversational skills are a plus).
Experience in administrative routines, customer service, or Sales Support roles.
Strong organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail.
Clear and professional written communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Avaliability to work on site in São Paulo (Barra Funda).
Experience with NetSuite / Oracle will be considered a plus.
