About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to support our Accounts Receivable operations, including credit and collections, bank reconciliations, and CNAB remittance and return processes.

This professional will also assist with invoice verification, tax withholding reviews, and maintaining internal financial controls while working closely with the Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with excellent opportunities for professional growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and active collections by contacting customers via phone, email, and internal systems, following the company's collection procedures while providing professional customer service.

  • Process and monitor bank remittance and return (CNAB) files and perform financial reconciliations.

  • Issue customer invoices, ensuring accurate information, proper tax application, and compliance with Brazilian tax regulations.

  • Assist in reviewing tax documents and tax withholdings related to customer payments.

  • Support the Accounting and Tax teams in monitoring and adapting to Brazilian Tax Reform updates.

  • Maintain Oracle NetSuite ERP records and financial spreadsheets, ensuring accurate tracking of customer payments and receivables.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Tax departments to resolve financial and billing issues.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Collections.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.

  • Experience working with financial systems, banking platforms, or ERP software.

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Basic to intermediate English for reading systems, documents, and corporate emails.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to follow up and resolve outstanding issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial or tax operations in companies under Brazil's Lucro Real tax regime.

  • Knowledge of tax withholdings and fiscal document review.

  • Familiarity with the Brazilian Tax Reform.

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite.

Location:

Brazil -  Barra Funda – São Paulo
Work Regime: On-site | Full-time – 10:30 AM to 8:18 PM
