The MIX-4090 Addressable Device Programmer is a compact, lightweight tool designed to program and read addresses for MGC MIX-4000 series devices. In addition to setting device addresses, it can read device type, firmware version, and manufacturing date. The programmer can also update module addresses in the field, even on unpowered devices.

It operates using a 9V battery and includes a plug-in cable for programming wired devices. The device features a 2 × 8-character LCD display for easy operation.
