Product Overview

The DSDS is a duct smoke detector test port kit designed to provide a safe and accessible method for testing duct-mounted smoke detectors in compliance with NFPA requirements. It allows test smoke to be properly introduced into the duct’s airstream from a convenient ground-level location, eliminating the need for difficult or unsafe access to ductwork. The system includes a fixed duct port and a remote test port connected via plenum-rated tubing.
