Product Overview

The Xtralis VPS-250-STX5-SLV is a deep-profile power supply unit designed specifically for use with VESDA-E VEU detectors, supporting all fan-speed settings. Engineered for reliability in critical smoke detection applications, this power supply delivers a continuous 3A, 24V DC output and accommodates 24–38 Ah batteries (not included), ensuring extended backup capability.

Its EN 54-4–certified charger provides fully supervised battery management with temperature-compensated charging to enhance battery life. The unit also includes a non-certified operating mode, allowing it to power loads up to 3.4A while recharging batteries in accordance with EN 54-4 guidelines.

With a black enclosure designed to visually match the VESDA-E series, the VPS-250-STX5-SLV offers easy installation thanks to aligned knockouts, external LED indicators, and relay outputs for streamlined fault monitoring.
